They take such good care of us! Jack in the front office is an amazingly communicator. He always is spot on with estimates of when my car will be ready and he always always reviews cost and service plans. It’s so hard to find a reliable mechanic and I am grateful for the team at Orlando Import Autos! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Also, I have to add that I have literally never had an issue with my 9 year old SUV because I follow their service plan…
Derrick is very knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle maintenance was done correctly and on time. Derrick is a very good communicator and kept me update. Great work and fair price.
I have been using Orlando Import Auto for over 15 years Recently had wheel bearings replaced on my Subaru . They did an excellent job. They have always been honest and have fair pricing and do not try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. In fact will tell you if certain repairs or maintenance can wait until the next service.
The crew at Orlando Import Auto Specialists are friendly and usually great at working on the normal, every day stuff (oil changes, brakes, etc.). But it fell apart when I needed a major A/C repair done to my car. I had a leak in my car that caused refrigerant to drain faster than normal, which ended up causing issues at the start of summer this year. This is my second review because I honestly can’t say enough about Jack and the way he consistently shows up for his customers. My car stalled out 20 miles from the shop, I got it towed after hours and Derek walked me through that process. Jack followed up and told me the hard truth but also offered options. Although my car ultimately wasn’t fixed with OAI, I would recommend them over & over
