RecommendedFantastic staff of doctors and nurses. I came in for a kidney stone today and everyone was so kind and caring. The doctors took the time to explain to me what was happening and how to avoid it. I’ve had kidney stones before but no doctor ever took the time to sit down with me and have a conversation about what was happening using layman’s terms so I could understand. RecommendedThe staff! Everyone who works with the patients from "Miss Mary" who takes the blood samples , down to the staff who administers the chemo. they are all professional and caring. They also go out of their way to make the patients feels like "family". thank you all for being in the staff of Orlando Health Cancer Center , you have been a blessing to many!
You don't have enough doctors to be certified; otherwise, doctors will see their patients when a consultation is requested. After 4 days, Dr. Edwards, an urologist, has not even bothered to come by to see my husband; instead, he sent the nurse practitioner on day 4. Meanwhile, we don't know what is happening to my husband. The care he received in ICU was good, but his transfer to a cardiac progressive wing has been horrible. For this reason, I will NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone.

Horrible experience in the pediatric ER. Waited over 3 hours and then left before being discharged as it took over an hour and a half to get them to come take an X-ray and then over an hour and a half to get results back.
