RecommendedWhen it’s your child, you’re nervous, they’re nervous....from the front desk to Dr Herrera and his associates, they are very friendly and Dr Herrera jokes with the kids. It helps take the stress out of the equation. We appreciated the option of a waterproof cast! Living in FL it’s insane that it should be considered “a luxury” by Insurance.... My daughter left smiling😁with her pink Camo. Waterproof cast Thank you Dr and staff!
RUDE nurses & doctors. received breakfast, the girl dropped something from tray onto floor then picked it up and put it back on my food tray. DISGUSTING! cold food 3 times, avoid this place at all costs!
My experience with my husband was anything but pleasant nurses were incredibly rude not helpful seemed annoyed never got water when asked multiple times, when asking for information regarding information for my husband she responded “don’t get updates” I was very disappointed with the staff very stiff, not friendly and no urgency to assist patient. Although our nurse at night Matt was absolutely incredible right on top of things great job Matt for your compassion, urgency and professionalism

I slipped and fell in parking garage. This happened 3 hours ago. I had to be brought by an ambulance as I can’t move my right leg, but oh that’s nothing. I love hearing and listening to them talk about movie reviews, weekend plans, and their personal life while in 3 hours all I’ve had is xrays when I fell and can’t move my right leg.
Completely wasted over 2 hours of my life in this er. I sliced my nail/fiber off at work & it wouldn’t stop bleeding so I came in. Well not only is it STILL bleeding the “dressing” is completely pathetic. The wound is STILL exposed. It hasn’t been cleaned. It hasn’t stopped bleeding. I’m in the same position I was in before I got here. I understand the location is odd & there isn’t much that can be done but at least cover it so random particles can’t get into & make it infected, smh.
