So rude! We were selling an old family ring and it isn’t terribly large, but enough to warrant going to a jeweler to sell it. They didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, when we gave them the rings they tossed them on the scale really lackadaisically which felt dismissive, and said they’d appraise it at $80. They then walked away, so I took it elsewhere. We got a lot more for the ring selling to another jeweler close by, so I highly recommend taking your jewelry somewhere else.
