I had dents all along the side and back of my car, I sent in videos and photos of what I could find and received estimate over text. I didn't notice the dents on the back and agreed to pay extra to have them addressed upon the technician's assessment. I'm very happy with the work done and will be a return customer for any dents I need addressed in the future.
