Worst place ever. There's a lady in the front desk who's extremely rude. Don't waste your time here.
They take forever for everything!!! When i came to get my eyes checked it took 6 hours to wait! And i was attended for only 35 mins throughout those 6hrs -_- Now i came for my glasses and i have to wait like if i was getting checked again! Why cant people just come and pick up their glasses and leave?! Why wait for freaking hours?!
This place is the worst!!! It really shows how they treat people with medi-cal vs those paying customers! 2 times they couldn't see me because of the authorization. The first time the autho had a expired. Ok my fault! I didn't noticed but this office doesn't verify their appts the day before to make sure everything is fine with the damn autho. The 2nd time the autho was missing some codes. Not my fault of course but still verify your the appointments the day before. Really!! How hard is it!! You don't waste your time or my t... read more
This is the slowest doctors office and there r all these technicians that don't have any answers for u. Just all the time saying " we'll be right with u." They're also not a helpful staff either. If u plan to go to this dr office plan to be there for 4 hours ir more.
