Dr. Pitts is the best medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Worst dentitst experience of my life. The lady told me they were accepted my insurance, but failed to tell me they are not "in network" with them so I paid $50. While getting my xrays, the lady left gashes in my gums from jabbing the plastic piece down my throat! The dentist didn't even introduce himself to me, all he did was jab more stuff in my mouth leaving me miserable all night long. I will NEVER go back to this place again. They are rude and they lied about my insurance. I am disgusted!

I have been a patient at Dr. Pitts office for about 8 years and I hope I never have to see another dentist. The staff is always friendly and greets me by name when I arrive. I have had 3 hygienists over the years and each one has been caring, informative, and gentle on my teeth and gums, which is not something I can say about previous dentist offices. After doing research and speaking with several local cosmetic dentists, I chose Dr. Pitts. Her credentials speak for themselves but along with that she has a superior team with whom she works. From the moment you walk into the waiting room you are welcomed as if you are a member of the family. There is no "sign in and we will be with you in a moment" mentality.
