Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The dentists do a wonderful job and explain very precisely what is being done and why. I feel very comfortable and confident that I am getting the best care possible.
I am very pleased with the entire experience from Dr Stanford, Barb and the front desk.
I received more email and text reminders than I needed. Also, I texted that I was going to be about 10-15 minutes late, but you apparently did not receive it because I got a call 10 minutes after my appointment time asking where I was. So, it's not entirely clear if and when you look at return text messages. Otherwise, I think everyone is fantastic.
