It's always a nice experience when it's time for my 6 month check-up. Dr. Lee is very friendly and pleasant. I do miss seeing Dr. Cole and I especially miss my hygenist, Barb. That's not to say that Sherry didn't do a good job. She too was friendly and I felt she was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. I'm used to being the first patient in the morning. The staff treat me very professionally & show a personal interest. The care is excellent & accommodating to my needs.
I appreciated the time both dentist took with me, showing and explaining the x-rays and what options I have facing me. I felt they understood our financial burdens right now and are doing all they can to help. Truthfully, I am a little fearful of even starting the procedure right now after the difficult time pulling the last tooth.
My dental hygienist was the best one I have had yet. I cannot remember her name right now, but she was very good. I was a little disappointed when I checked out and they told me I had a "small balance due." I do not mind paying my bills, however, my whole family, husband, daughter, myself and son go here and my small balance due was $2.00. You could not have done a small balance adjustment on that? That was a little disappointing after all the payments we make here.
