The only negative comment I have is the fact that you have to take time off work to schedule a technician to look at the same exact thing you’re reporting for him or her to say…yep I see it too and reschedule you 3-4 weeks later for another person to treat the problem. Which means you miss another day of work. There has to be a better system than that.
Arielle was very professional and knowledgeable. Service overall, from scheduling to service rendered, was very good.
Mr. Dwain has always been professional, respectful, and humble. He's very understanding and has compassionate when I'm running behind on schedule and is a people person!!
Great customer service and attention to detail. He addressed all my concerns with Care and seemed genuinely wanting to help.
