I’ve been with ORKIN for four years. In this time we’ve had a second time with rats, we are still dealing with tons of spiders, and we still have mice problems and ant issues in April. We now have an additional rodent repellent program at another unit that we did not sign up for that we’re being billed for. I called ORKIN, after no help… I canceled our subscription for both houses. I would not recommend this company. They basically just give you sticky traps which you can get at Home Depot for five dollars.
