I have owned a home for over 20 years and tried Orkin when I moved to Indy. Very disappointed in the service and the customer service from their call center. For clarity - the gentleman who serviced our home, Darrell, is fantastic and I fulfilled the full year because of him. We continued to see insects (ants & spiders) even with regular service. Show up at location in night and business is closed and slight raining. Just few spray at few door. Service completed and get paid. Thsts not how it works
Orkin provides services beyond just residential pest control and we signed a contract for them to do several thousands of dollars of work. They were to remove and replace our insulation. They only did part of the job which is a breach of contract. They have ignored our requests to complete the work they were paid to do. I would recommend never having this company do any work. Be careful who you deal with, they do not value their customers or take pride in their work.
