Chester did a very thorough job of “baiting” the kitchen where there was an ongoing issue with German roaches

Mario is always punctual and attentive. He is very friendly and explains all that he is doing and always makes sure we haven’t had any issues since the last treatment.
Excellent technician, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, warm communicator We were very pleasant with his service.
The technician was early which was a welcomed surprise. I’m glad he called to see if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled. He was thorough and very professional and knowledgeable. I wish we could say we won’t need him again, but this is Florida and termites live here too. We will definitely call Orkin again if needed.
