Worst service ever ! Do not use them, they lie about how much they charge monthly. I’ve also never seen a dead bug, only very much alive ones. Then the tech practically called me a liar when I told him I was still seeing bugs !
Very responsive and polite!
Signed up because I was desperate to get rid of my uninvited guests in the attic space. $10k later and the issue is still not fixed. They put me on their general pest control service but then only stop by my house when I am not home AND when it is raining or expected to rain later that same day. Do yourself a favor and find a small local mom & pop shop to fix your situation. This has been corporate hell.
They give excellent service. I will continue to use them.
