The tech is always friendly, asks about any problems, is timely, and cares about his customers. The office staff are helpful when I request changes to the schedule time.
Odalys Hernandez is my Orkin Tech. Ody did a great job, was very professional, got right to work, and was easy to talk to! Ody sprayed inside & outside of my place, and knows all the spots bugs & pests try to get in. I have this done every other month and I'm Completely happy with the results. EveryTime! Customer Service here is also great !
