Was early, personable, professional, knowledgeable
On time and curteous
Service requested was not what was received. Talked up the service that would be provided but only offered a spray once came to the house after asking for payment upfront! Will not recommend or use again until addressed
Orkin is always on time and show up every month as scheduled. They keep me updated with text messages to inform me of the appointment and arrival times. Very price friendly and their products work very well. They helped with insect prevention and rodents. All around I have zero complaints. I would recommend Orkin to anyone.
