Great service
Raul was very cordial, friendly and professional. He educated us on what he was treating.
Great service from Dwain. He was professional, attentive, and courteous.
The only negative comment I have is the fact that you have to take time off work to schedule a technician to look at the same exact thing you’re reporting for him or her to say…yep I see it too and reschedule you 3-4 weeks later for another person to treat the problem. Which means you miss another day of work. There has to be a better system than that.
