Always prompt, thorough and professional
Giving too because the lady that helped me over the phone was nice. However today’s experience was very unprofessional. Scheduled my appt between 8-10am. Guy showed up never called just received a email. Called in at 8:39am took 5 calls to get through as the call kept disconnecting. I was told I was going to receive a call from the local agency to not ever receive a call til I reached out online. Well within my appointment time to find out I will have to wait til next week. Looking into other companies at the moment.
