I had a terrible experience at Willow Court Apartment Homes today. Around 2–3 PM, your pest control guy (an older white man) just walked right into my apartment without any knock, notice, or even saying who he was. He was on his phone the entire time—didn’t greet me, didn’t explain anything, just walked around talking on the phone. Super unprofessional and honestly made me really uncomfortable. Stanley showed up on time, made contact with me to better access the situation. I thought I had a wasp problem, but Stanley identified the problem insect as a Boldface Hornet. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions as well as explained the strategy for keeping my home free of Hornets.
