It was a pleasurable experience. These people are extremely knowledgeable and they eliminate the problem.
Our Service Tech was professional and courteous. He contacted me before and after visits to make sure things had settled and the treatment was working.
The technician was polite and informative. He checked everywhere and provided new roach traps. He inspected the bathrooms and sprayed where we had just removed our old fridge. He explained that we had to caulk some areas where roaches might enter. Overall, very professional. Very polite. Very helpful.
