Myself and my roommates are dealing with a nightmare scenario and we spoke to Sabrina very late at night. That woman is an ANGEL ON EARTH. She was so knowledgeable, kind, patient, gracious, and flexible. I have never had such a pleasant over the phone experience with literally anything. I almost wish I had MORE roaches just so that I could speak with Sabrina some more. She was so incredible, I cannot compliment her enough.
