The technician went above and beyond his expectations they called the office to make sure that the price on his paper was correct from the price that I was quoted great customer service.
Some of the kindest people I have Ever met . Their communication is unmatched and are extremely knowledgeable and personable. I welcomed them into my home they are thorough and gave me tips and tricks to help combat my issues. I had a great experience with Orkin Pest Control and was very pleased with the service I received at my home. The service was professional, thorough, and handled with great attention to detail. This company will schedule you a technician to come out, then call back and cancel after you have already made reservations and accommodations for them during that specific time. The manager I spoke with simply told me I was out of luck, and showed no sympathy. I do not recommend this company, and took my business elsewhere.
