I have owned a home for over 20 years and tried Orkin when I moved to Indy. Very disappointed in the service and the customer service from their call center. For clarity - the gentleman who serviced our home, Darrell, is fantastic and I fulfilled the full year because of him. We continued to see insects (ants & spiders) even with regular service.
