Our technician was Aiden and we couldn’t be happier. After another pest control company the day before, they completely ignored what my husband was saying and set traps for ONE mouse that one mouse flipped the traps upside down and was eating the bait. I'm updating my review from 4 years ago. I left a 5 star review, but need to now bring it down to one star. I hired them again for a different pest control service. The tech guy, Allen, has lied twice now about completing services in my home. He did not show up, but I received an invoice and bill reporting that he had.
