I can’t say enough good things about Gordon Little from Orkin! He was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Had a great experience with the technician. Jordan was very pleasant and thorough. He was very courteous and put on booties when entering the home. He answered all our questions and explained everything he would be doing and how the treatment would interact with my pet. We watched on our cameras and he cleared all the spider webs for us. Overall very satisfied with the service.
I had a terrible experience at Willow Court Apartment Homes today. Around 2–3 PM, your pest control guy (an older white man) just walked right into my apartment without any knock, notice, or even saying who he was. He was on his phone the entire time—didn’t greet me, didn’t explain anything, just walked around talking on the phone. Super unprofessional and honestly made me really uncomfortable.
