$400 to sign up which is really just to lock you in and prevent you from cancelling. All it did was create a lead for them to sell me a true extermination service for over $8000 - which is double the estimates from other local contractors. When I call them telling them the problem remains they said "it wont happen immediately so continue to pay the subscription and wait".
