Matt is very professional and courteous. Did a good job with his inspection. Did not try to up sale which I’ve very grateful for his honesty. I am going to schedule a spraying.

I spoke with Orkin Harrisonburg about cleaning bat droppings they found in Spring service. I was told they would do this as part of their regular service on 8/21/25 and that the appropriate persons would be on site to do it. When the tech showed up he said he doesn’t do that, but was done by the tech I had spoken with and was not on site. I called Harrisonburg to see where the miscommunication happened, but no one answered. I scheduled a call back from the Orkin 800 number. First of all they dont take long to give you an appt, they are quick, yet to cancel services with them you have to give them 30 days notice, they charge every 7th of the month without even going yet, also i hire them for inside bugs and they spray outside and charge extra for that, i called 3 days ago saying i dont want them to go anymore and they did not wanted to cancel it because they want 30 days notice, so she said i was getting the service even though i asked them to cancel it, she said you getting this service after t... read more
