Always very happy with their service. Eddy the technician that does the service is excellent, very professional and does an amazing job!
Not very pleased. The tech is pleasant but too busy to return and attend to the traps. The first rat was caught while he was still here and the second shortly after he left. The second rat was trapped by the tail and is very much alive in my kitchen. Not a pleasant situation especially having just paid $450.00 plus for this service within 10 minutes of the techs departure. Tech says he can not return till next week, this is only Thursday morning. This is not acceptable.
Alex was very professional and paid attention to detail.
They came without my consent or scheduling with me. I was out of the country and was charged for them performing services inside my home. I called them to request a refund, but they didn’t. I don't think I will be using Orkin Pest Control anymore; I’m going to find a new company.
