The Orkin technician James was friendly professional and informative. He treated the outside of the house first and discovered a few wasp nests and treated these. James then replaced the paper bug traps inside the house and checked the basement and all the other rooms inside the house. James also came early which worked well with my work schedule today. Thank you James for a job well done !! Orkin provided very good technicians who are knowledgeable, competent, professional, and who are customer service oriented.
Chris was aweaome, professional but personable at the same time he made sure to explained to us all the different things he was going to do and what the plan is if things got better, no change, or worse he had a plan for everything that will help us get ride of and make sure the creepy crawlies dont make a creepy comback
So far so good. Very happy with the service so far. I just hope that I can get rid of these pesky unwanted company. Changing rating today. Pest guy come, outside only. Didn't knock to come in to check on things. I need to see if he went outback. I have cameras. No I didn't see anyone outback. Unhappy now.
