Christopher B. was very helpful, punctual (on time), very thorough and quick, he explained every step he was going to take, he provided pointers to help prevent the issue, he was friendly and respectful. He provided me and my family peace for an issue that brought us stress. I am glad we were able to receive a quick response to our issue by a professional (Chris and the Sales Operator) that took time to resolve and provide good service.
Kevin did an excellent job treating the area that we were concerned about. He explained what he was going to do and then showed us afterwards. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk to.

When a new window was put in, there were signs of termite crass. Orkin came out and injected termite control foam into to walls. The service person was thorough, cleaned up afterward including plugging to small holes. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Thank you so much.
