I like the fact that Michael, our Orkin guy, knows our house & it's history. So when he talks to me he lets me know about the things we've treated before & how they’re doing. In addition, he lets me know if he's seen anything I need to be worried about & if I need to address it right away or if it can wait a little. He's also patient with us, because I'm disabled, & he has to wait while I move our three rescue dogs around, a German Shepherd, a Pitbull & a Beagle.
