Absolutely LOVE Orkin! And Matthew is the BEST.
Superior Service provided. Professional, down to earth and friendly from beginning to end. I have infestation of water bugs, spiders and flies. I felt confident that with Orkin’s reputation for service they could get the job done at a decent price. I was right! Plus my sister has been a loyal customer for over 10 years and she’s not easy to win over.
I had a same day appointment. My tech, Matthew called prior to my appointment window. I received a text 30 minutes before his arrival, and Matthew was prepared, punctual, and professional. The communication and customer service was great!
