We were busy when the technician rang the doorbell. My husband told him to start outside and then he could let us know when he was finished so I could tell him if I neeeded him inside. He wasn’t gone even five minutes and came back to let my husband know he was leaving. I don’t believe there’s any way that we got a decent treatment from the size of our home and yard space near and around the home.
Update**. A couple months after cancelling service a tech callled me asking for help w/directions to my house to do an inspection....1. he was coming w/no prior notice and 2. I didnt even have service with them anymore --obviously they have a communication issue. Would give zero stars if I could definitely would not recommend!! I have orkin for termite control--for my annual bait inspection review in 2024 I received the report that it was completed--but a tech had never even come to my house!! (I was home the entire day). I have had positive interactions with the technicians who have visited my home. However, speaking with the same representative at the corporate office every time causes me a great deal of anxiety. I am considering canceling my Orkin services due to the lack of satisfactory customer service. The representative is unable to provide me with information about the services or answer my questions, which is so frustrating! Not to mention repeatedly calling them because I still have bug problems.
