After tenting for drywood termite, no internet at home. Went to backyard to find Fiber optic cable snapped. Update to review pending Orkins remediation decision. Edit 08/02/25: Att tech said it was probably a garbage truck. Something happened while tenting and lowered the height of the cable and the garbage truck snagged the line. Excellent service, technician is always on time
I stopped using Orkin because they were too expensive and the local office was unreachable and unresponsive.
