My son paid extra for assembly and pro prep, but it was clearly shoddy work. The spokes on his brand-new RPS Hawk 250cc were not tightened, causing the front wheel to collapse during the very first ride. His safety was put at risk, and the company did not care at all. They only offered a 20% discount and claimed tightening spokes wasn’t part of the assembly that was paid for. NOTICE: Any negative review they throw the blame on the consumer instead of taking accountability! The truth is the truth can’t lie or throw false information on this one. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned with this company’s lack of care for customer safety. I paid extra for assembly and pro prep on a brand-new hawk Dirt Bike, expecting it to be safe to ride. Yes I got the bike, long story short, bike came damaged still waiting after 5 months for replacement parts. Never returns calls. I'm going to order another bike but, not though them
