Absolutely horrible service. The way the run their business is extremely sketchy. Please be aware
Henry Fan, Charles Kim, Lalaine Catangue, and Marielor Mayuga are the most incompetent, unprofessional, irresponsible, disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Orion Housing does not respect tenants, their needs, and their living situation. Never live with Orion Housing. They won’t give you back your security deposit, respond to phone calls, or reply to emails with coherent answers. They will charge you with extra utility charges from many months ago and bill for repairs that were present upon move in. They try to get as much money from you as possible.
Be ready to sue! This company automatically keeps hundreds of everyone’s security deposit on move out, and then they ghost you knowing that most people won’t pursue it in court. This happened to my whole building. In addition, the properties are poorly managed and they are almost impossible to contact after you move in.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Every single one of the negative reviews is accurate. Maintenance and management are horrible, you will receive random charges on a monthly basis. I was billed $779 upon moving out for cleaning and painting - the apartment was neither clean nor painted when I moved in. Especially if you’re an international student who doesn’t have legal support in the US, do not under any circumstances rent a room from Orion.
