scammers. didn’t check the house prior to us moving in and charged me for paint damage that was there before i moved in along with other charges. sent photo evidence of this with the timestamp and they didn’t respond. throughout the year they also charged us high utility bills even if no one was home.
We arrived on 19th to move in, and this is the 21st, we'd still not gotten keys to enter the building. Tens of emails and numerous attempt to call, receiving minimal help. Yes they sent the keys, and they are the WRONG keys. Where should we live when school starts in 3 days? Imagine dedicating the effort to actually do things than to block everyones' call. Impossible to reach someone. Anytime, you can see fee in your account like utility fee, cleaning fee, sewer fee, internet fee, trash fee, garbage disposal fee and more. For example, 2 weeks ago, I woke up with 50$ fee in my account for supposedly deep cleaning. Till now, noone has appeared, and I didnot get any return to my emails. By the way, I have been promised for common area cleaning but noone has appeared more than 3 months, too.
Extremely predatory housing company with some of the worst customer service and fraudulent policies I've ever seen. I was an undergraduate student at USC, living on their properties in the western area. I spent 2 years living in their properties, and it was the worst housing situation I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They never answer the phone, it takes multiple days to get an email response, and the emergency maintenance line is not even set up One time, I was locked out of my room (not my fault, the door broke), and it took 8+ hours to get someone out there to fix it When I moved in, the gas was turned off (no hot water, stove), the internet line to the unit was not activated, there were no blinds in the entire apartment, and furniture was missing I thought they were just incompetent, but, in my opinion, they are scamming and trying t... read more
