OBH is one of the best agencies I have worked with. My experience with them is they are responsive, kind, and go the extra mile for clients. It means a lot, especially when it can be so challenging to find MH providers. Shout out to Cherise, Amanda, Jenny, and Junior!

I used OBHN a few times and was passed around by people who didnt remember or keep any notes about our sessions. Then I was charged 2 missed appointment fees (when I had canceled one). They repeatedly called me for money ($100 in missed fees is wild when their therapist canceled with me back to back). Not to mention the other retired after the third session. After being with OBHN for years, I can confidently say they are becoming more unprofessional as time goes on. I would not recommend.
The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and understanding. If an organization is only as strong as its weakest link, this one is strong indeed.
