NICOLE is a lifesaver. She's very knowledgable, patient and genuinely caring.
I've used Origins for almost 5 years now. I tried to move to another compounding pharmacy closer to me, but it was never as smooth and easy as Origins. Their delivery service is amazing, and they really do care about their customers.
It’s so hard to get through the phone to check on a prescription, they always put me on hold and forget that I’m waiting on the other end. I have to call back consistently just to get someone to speak to me on the phone. Very frustrating when you’re busy with work and can’t stand idle waiting to speak with someone.
Worst pharmacy If you have another choice, go somewhere else. I’ve been dealing with them for 6 months and they mess up the orders all the time. Poor patients that have no choice at the hospital. Staff at this pharmacy are very rude and ignorant (I guess because they have the thought thats the only pharmacy so people have no choice you need us we don’t need you :)) Everyone else is exceptional at this hospital including the Drs nurses even the volunteers except this pharmacy.
