I have been taking compounded prescriptions from Origins for many months now and I am very very happy with the service they provide. I am especially grateful for the free delivery they offer. The delivery guy is considerate and on time! Some of my medicines are time sensitive and the staff make every effort possible to get it to me on time. Just recently my Dr faxed the prescription late and the medicine was needed the next day. I have been using Origin for over a year and always recieve exceptional service, over the phone, in person, having them process my perscription in a timely manner and having it delivered.
I always go there for help,they are the best Pharmacy in Oakville specialty compounding...excellent service 🙏
The worst pharmacy experience. 0 coordination and planning, they lose prescriptions faxed to them and blame it on the patient. They told me to notify them 2 days before i needed the medication (which is ridiculous), but I did, then called them 2 hrs before picking it up, they said its ready, only to go there and tell me it’s not ready, and I had to wait for it to be filled. I just queued and waited....and then they served some ill mannered idiot who jumped the queue. I walked out as clearly this pharmacy is encouraging that sort of behavior or are completely inept and managing a business. This part of Oakville doesn't feel like Canada TBH. What a dump
