One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. It took a good 50 minutes to get our order and when we did get the order most of it was incorrect. In addition to that, the food was lukewarm. We had to ask for assistance several times and no one ever came back. They appeared to be fully staffed and many of the tables were empty. I complained to a server, who was not assigned to our table and he sent the manager over to talk to me. I will say the manager was very nice and apologetic. We were there right after lunch and didn't have to wait that long. The service was good, the food was great. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Yesterday was my first experience with the Original Roadhouse Grill in Whittier! Being Originally from Texas, I knew what I wanted when I saw it on the menu, and it was the Jalapeno Burger! Delicious!! Three thumbs up!!! I will go back again!!!!
I love happy hour here!! Prices are great and love the frosty beer glasses!!
Love this place!! The steaks (and chicken) are always good, the CAJUN spices are great, and the rolls and honey butter are to die for!! To top it off, their prices are quite reasonable compared to similar restaurants! And, of course, who doesn't love eating peanuts out of the shell and being able to throw them on the floor!! And a personal bonus for me ... they don't play country music 24/7!!! I will not eat at Texas Roadhouse for that very reason!!!
Worst management in Oregon.... I would not go there if you payed me to. Also they need an exterminator.
