We will not be back. The service was horrible for the last time. An hour and a half to eat for only two people. Took half an hour for our waitress to finally show up and take our order, another half hour to get food and we didn't see her again for 45 minutes. By the time she finally came back to bring the check and boxes, she said I couldn't order anything else because they had been closed for 20 minutes. The food we did receive was pretty good, but not worth the terrible service.
I was told it was better then Texas Roadhouse but I second that although the bartender was awesome but the food was ok maybe I just like the atmosphere better more at Texas Roadhouse there's more tv screens. I did order the ribeye and it was grill to my liking no need to give bad review but just atmosphere.
My husband and I took my mom to dinner for her birthday yesterday, and had higher expectations. Due to our past experiences. But our waiter acted as if we were an inconvenience. I heard how they sing Happy Birthday to you on your birthday so I told the waiter and again, he acted like it was no big deal. And no song was sang. We paid and left. So to that guy at the restaurant. Your attitude makes a difference to others.
I'd give it a 5 because the food was delicious, the waiter was great, the atmosphere is great... The only problem was my over 21 adult kids ordered 2 drinks that came in cool mason jars, but after we all took a sip and they drank more we noticed there were little bugs floating around inside. They weren't charged for the drinks, bit they should've offered a percentage off the meal at least. I drank bug juice!! Ugh!
The service was TERRIBLE. It took the server a really long time to get anything done. The restaurant was practically empty when we got there. There is NO excuse for such poor service.
