I used to be a breakfast regular when I worked nights in Dallas, but since I live in Denton I make it by when I can. Always worth the trip. My favorite is the Sam's Benedict, heavy on the Hollandaise to cover the hash browns. The Whole Hog omelet would definitely be a Ron Swanson favorite. The food is served fresh and hot, by delightful waitstaff who clearly like working there. The coffee is dark and rich, ground within minutes of being made. My day is always better for having stopped by.
