I am currently in the process of trying to get Blue Prints completed. I am in this process since December 2 of 2021 & don't even have completed plans yet. I have been through three or four customer service representatives & every time they failed to notify me of the change & I have followed up everytime after weeks of no progress or contact. I Been dealing with this nightmare since 2019. Liars and thuevest, have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and thankfully I have evidence to contradict every lie they spewed. Have over 18,000 if my money and my husband is a vet who has stage 4 cancer. They do not care!!!
This company is great at sales and lousy at fulfilling contractual obligations. When we purchased our kit, the Canyon Point II on 7/1/21, I explained that we had sold our existing home and needed to have the cabin completed by 8/1/22. We were assured that the entire process takes 7-12 months. That's a laugh. This company's motto should be LIE AND DELAY. Great at sales! Lousy at fulfilling contractual obligations. Signed contract in February of 2021. Contract stated delivery July/August 2022 which we later communicated as requiring the first week of August 2022. We had 3 minor changes to their base Shenandoah Valley plan and the addition of an attached 3-car garage. LCH Contract stipulates 5 steps related to blueprints and delivery guidelines. Agree with others that they just want the money and will, lie, cheat and whatever they have to do to get the money and you get screwed. For all veterans out there do not be fooled by sales gimmick they will screw us as much as others. My husband is 100% disabled veteran and this the fine treatment they give us - the worst. We are so sorry we fell into their trap. Shows you cannot trust anyone. They come on nice at first, but then it is downhill from there. BMC

Avoid like the plague. You will save more money in the long run with elog homes or Coventry. I own an LCH home and cannot get rid of the pit in my stomach
these people are in the minor league when it comes to house builders but they take the cash and run with their backs turned to you , never again
