I was in Dallas a couple weeks ago for business travel and found this place online so i figured i'd try it out. I ordered their Short Rib dinner, because i am the BIGGEST short rib geek on the planet - if it's on a menu i'm going to give it a go. So needless to say i've tried a LOT of short rib.
