Don’t do origin energy. All over the place with their billing. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Incompetence at its best
The worst experience, applied new connection for a rental property, its been 3 daya no electricity in house. They pick calls after long time and just assure try after sometime. Worst service provider ever .

$1000 overcharge on the final bill based on estimate. Previous bills were all real readings. They're doing this to thousands of unsuspecting families. Disgusting predatory behaviour, will be reporting to ombudsman. Edit: the response is irrelevant. I've already handled fixing the cost of my bill. It took me a while to learn what was wrong with my bill and how it worked, something most families will be in similar or worse shoes for than myself. I’m writing this review as I plan on going to the ombudsman and putting a huge complaint in with Origin. My internet keeps disconnecting as they keep setting us up at the wrong address. I work from home and I cannot work unless I have internet. This is about the 5th time I’ve complained about this and every single time they have just temporarily fixed the issue. No one has bothered to find out the resolution. Why do we keep paying for a service that I can’t even access? I have had the worst customer experience.
