Really disappointing experience with Origin. After multiple issues and delays, the way our latest problem was handled by customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Spent far too long being passed around, received no real help, and was left feeling like we were the problem rather than being treated like paying customers. They have increased rates for both electricity and gas! Our bills for both gas and electricity have gone up massively double the price of what we used to pay with our bills! We don’t use heaters or aircon nothing has changed in our household for it to change! Thankfully we are moving in 3 months so definitely will be changing providers once we’ve moved. If i could put - stars i would the app played up and no one would get back on why the app isnt showing how much we owe as we were in credit etc As soon as we move companies as seen we apparently used $1300+ in electricity in 3 months, while using solar, the app has deleted everything!! And no one is telling us whats going on, requesting an investigation!! DONT USE ORIGIN!!!
I had a lot of trouble this year. I was bombarded with texts and few calls over life suppoutt which just because I said my son had autism they after 11 yrs put on life suppourt. orega or something like that was awful and I explained my son having dental surgery. eventually the ombudsman office got assured then I did id get 50 dollars credit.
