Would have to be one of the most disorganised and expensive providers of energy in the country. Have switched to a much cheaper company after years of overpaying and dealing with multiple changes to the same bill, overseas call centre service etc. Shop around as you will are paying too much with these guys.
Absolutely appalling service. Avoid this company at all costs. Logging requests with them for services only for them to continually cancel them in the background. Multiple calls to try sort it out and they won't even put you through to the right team. If I could give less than one star, I would.
I accident make a account and my partner make hers but realise that we had two, Thats my fault, we ring them up and talk to someome to close my account and keep her, the person I speak to said thats I didn't have worry about that bill bc the bills are getting pay but was getting massages about it, so I pay it bc they took it further, so I had to pay but that was my fault but didnt like that they said I didnt have to pay it but took it further, I email them making sure my account is close and her is open so we can pay bills. ... read more
Origin Didn't answer their phone when the concierge called twice, 15mins apart at Festival tower. I saw lots of their staff going for coffee.
I've used origin for both electricity and gas for many years and recently switched to another retailer that had lower rates and a better deal for my personal requirements. Got a call after switching from an origin team member who was incredibly rude as he was pushing me to come back to origin. He offered 200 dollars credit, and when I said no, 300 dollars credit which based on my usage patterns and the rate differences would only sustain 2 billing cycles as compared to the new retailer.
