After the recent data breach which received widespread news coverage, I was offered an Equifax subsription to monitor for breached information. While completing the form, I received the below error, after providing again, sensitive personal information. I'm locked into using Origin as the electricity provider through an embedded network in my apartment building, so I don't have the option to switch retailers. They recently increased the daily connection charge from 116 cents/day to 180 cents/day—a 67% increase. At the same time, the electricity usage rate actually decreased slightly. I find it funny how everyone's Electricity meter gets changed regardless of whether you want it or not then shortly after your customers receive emails stating that you may change the times of the day when hot water will be heated. Over an hour on the phone to tell them a serial number when I requested a gas plan online, said the address three times and still got it wrong another phone call about 30 minutes to change an address!
