My husband and I booked this place for our anniversary of 24 years. We specifically chose Origin because their advertisement states that the pool is 85 degrees 7 days a week! Clearly the pool was not even Close to that which was extremely disappointing because that was the main reason for our vacation! We knew it wouldn’t be warm enough to swim in the ocean so we wanted a warm pool for our enjoyment. 9:55am they had someone come out to pressure wash hot tub. I walked inside my condo because I was getting sprayed. No one else on the deck. I was watching out door. Some woman snatches up my towels, I go out to stop her, I was accused of saving seats. NO ONE WAS ON DECK. I told her I was being sprayed, she was rude, hateful. Rented a unit at Origin at Seahaven through Beach Haven Vacation Rentals. The unit was very nice, but the service from Beach Haven was not. We had been staying at Origin for three nights and on our fourth night we returned to our unit and the door code no longer worked. We called their "customer service" number at least 8 times and no one returned our calls. So we were standing in the hall locked out of our unit!! Finally got a call back.
