When the city made plans to construct the "City Market", John Heinrich, the building's builder and owner, converted the building into a lodging house and named it the "Market Hotel".

4 – most people write about sushi, here but I dont eat it, I had the Yakiniku there once. i didnt eat that, I could have stayed at home and fried up some roast beef sandwich meat and had the same thing. pretty disappointing, but at least they had Kirin.
