We recieved the couples massage and the service was amazing! They were so kind and my deep tissue massage made me feel relaxed the rest of the evening 10/10

The business does not respond to phone calls or text messages. When we visited in person, the front desk was unattended, and we waited for assistance. The staff member eventually returned from the restroom and informed us that they were fully booked, advising us to try again in the evening. However, no effort was made to offer or schedule a future appointment. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service came across as unprofessional.
Had the couples massage with hot stones and it was very relaxing!!
It was absolutely AMAZING! Lulu was so kind, helpful, and really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!!
