Front desk staff are incredibly rude. My car was in for a service and I told them at the start of the day that I needed it back by 3:30. They said that was fine. Got a call at 3:30 that it was going to be another hour. Not the first time that has happened. Horrible customer service. Will not go back.
I’m always so impressed with these guys. I’ve been a customer for over five years. They’re helpful and responsive and I always feel like they value my business. Their employees seem to be long term which tells me they do the right thing by them too. A business that deserves to do well. Thank you!
What amazing service. I turned up travelling on holidays with a diff that had died on Thursday afternoon. The guys and girls there went out of their way to get the parts in and the car mobile by Friday so I could continue on my holiday. Truly the best customer service and quality workmanship I have seen in a long time. The price was also great. I would highly recommend them to anyone
Being a customer that use these guys for mainly their specialist services such as aircon repair LPG pinkslips and blue slips I have to say how great they are even though I'm only there a few times in five or so years they always treat me really well they are more than happy to explain everything in detail and breakdown the cost even when they are flat out my questions are always met with straight answers and the price is always more than fair this is very hard to find these days and I thank them all from front house to every... read more
