The woman at the front desk on thursday afternoon at around 3:30 15/1/26 is extremely rude. This company would do much better without her working there. I suggest to whoever owns this mechanic shop to sack her immediately then watch your customer reviews improve dramatically. I'll take my car somewhere else

Front desk staff are incredibly rude. My car was in for a service and I told them at the start of the day that I needed it back by 3:30. They said that was fine. Got a call at 3:30 that it was going to be another hour. Not the first time that has happened. Horrible customer service. Will not go back.
I’m always so impressed with these guys. I’ve been a customer for over five years. They’re helpful and responsive and I always feel like they value my business. Their employees seem to be long term which tells me they do the right thing by them too. A business that deserves to do well. Thank you!
