terrible experience with Parts and Service--Parts still unresolved. A month ago I needed to get a new key and fob. Ok getting key. Paid also for fob--still don't have it. Evidently first order wasn't adequately entered. Re-ordered. Still no fob. SERVICE--2016 Tahoe--in my opinion a lot of baloney, like, "Oh, the technician has it up and is looking at it now..." 2k, with 5-7 hours of labor at $190/hour, to change/flush fluids, front and rear differential service, new battery and put new cabin filter in.
