Greg is very nice. Even though there are many other places I could take my vehicle to be serviced, I continue coming to your dealership because of the personal relationship I have developed with Greg over the years.
Great dealership Brought in my 2012 Buick lacrosse with a dead battery. The battery was jumped by Roadside Assistance and I drove to my dealership. They replaced the battery and replaced something that was part of a recall In addition they filled the tires and washed my car. All of this in a short period of time. I was very glad they were able to complete all of these things in such a timely fashion as I had a Christmas party to attend! He verified what my appointment was for and I asked him to check into a few things while I waited such as tire prices and a price for a part that I needed. He was more than happy to do so and was very pleasant to work with.

Outstanding! As always, Mike was his friendly and efficient self during yesterday's visit to Bachrodt. Not only did he take care of a vibration problem, but he noticed that my vehicle had a slow starting problem and corrected it. Mike's rating in my book is "outstanding".
