I made a last minute appt. with the owner Donna. I brought in a picture of a short haircut and was sent to get my hair shampooed without my stylist even seeing my hair before it was wet. I told her my hair was naturally curly and was told the picture I brought in was an option. She began cutting away while still talking to her previous customer. Hello! I walked in to get my eyebrows done, the lady at the front desk sat me with a hair stylist thinking he was going to wax my eyebrows, he started combing them and cutting them, i didnt realize how much he cut and now they look all thin!!!!!! i was very upset i am going back to see if they can fix them for real this time!!!

This is one of those places that you will really get what you pay for. The results of their work are outstanding. I can’t tell a negative thing about this place.
