I have been a loyal customer for 3+ years and have loved all the girls & guys that work there except for the manager/owner. She chooses who she is nice to and is only friendly to certain people. I go every 2-3 weeks and collect points but she would not give me my credit. She claimed she gave me a certificate when she never did. I will not be returning to this place because of her.

It is a nice place to get your nails done
There is always a misunderstanding about your request. When you correct them the whole shop gets in a uproar. Your nails never look done when you leave. They tell you to go home to wash your hands and the residue will come off tomorrow. They are too expensive for this poor service. I’m still picking residue off my hands. Unacceptable!

Great service and awesome atmosphere
Love this place! We live in the San Antonio area, and while I have a place to go at home, I REALLY like it here! So many nice pedicure options, and new manicure methods, and pretty much whatever you want to drink! It’s my daughter’s and my go-to place for our girl time. The staff are very friendly.
